He has previously planned, created and developed a variety of successful health and social care services. Steve is passionate about offering care and support to those who need it, and will always ensure a specific bespoke delivery of care and support is offered to each individual.
Neil Challis - Company Director and CQC Registered Manager
Diploma level 5 in Health and Social Care.
Neil has over 12 years of experience working in Health and Social Care. He has worked in both Hampshire County Council and Southampton City Councils in elderly care and support. Neil is an enthusiastic, highly motivated very personable individual who is passionate about making a difference to the individuals he serves.
